WeCWIIS Plus: Designed for English language learners.

Includes a member profile, WeCWIIS forum access, Plus and Discoveries groups, and access to WeCWI and language blog articles.

WeCWIIS Pro: Designed for postgraduates and professionals.

Includes a member profile, forum access, Pro, Discoveries, and Postgraduate groups, access to all blog articles, and Associate status.

B. Access
-
Membership access depends on the selected membership category.

Members may participate in designated groups, forums, and blog discussions.
-
Access remains subject to active membership and applicable platform permissions.
C. Community
-
Associate: Appointed individuals or active WeCWIIS Pro members.
-
Associates may earn bonuses through eligible WeCWIIS referrals or promotional activities.
-
Associate status is valid for one year, subject to achievement.
-

Strategic Partner: Appointed individuals or eligible associates with 100 referrals.
-
Strategic Partners may earn bonuses through eligible WeCWIIS referrals or promotional activities.

Strategic Partner status is valid for two years, subject to achievement.

D. Participation

Referrals and achievements are subject to verification.

Associate and Strategic Partner status depends on continued eligibility and achievement.

Community participation does not authorise members to make commitments on behalf of WeCWIIS unless specifically approved.

A. Categories

Category A: General texts, including essays, stories, books, and general documents

Category B: Academic and technical texts, including research articles, reports, theses, and dissertations

Category C: Promotional and publicity materials, including flyers, brochures, posters, websites, and advertising content.
B. Guidance

Proofreading: Grammar, spelling, punctuation, typos, and basic language accuracy.

Editing: Language, readability, coherence, flow, and structure.

Translation: English–Malay and English–Chinese, in both directions.

Formatting: Page layout, numbering, headings, table of contents, citations, references, tables, and figures.
C. Procedures

Standard completion is normally within two weeks.

Urgent requests are subject to availability.

Scope depends on document length, complexity, language, and formatting requirements.

Please provide relevant guidelines or templates, as needed.
D. Integrity

Proofreading and editing improve presentation without changing the author's intellectual contribution.

Authors remain responsible for research content, accuracy, originality, citations, and ethical compliance.
