      • The public holiday lesson will be rescheduled to the 5th week of the designated month.

    • All online courses via Google Meet require at least 3 participants.

    • A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled.

    • Every lesson includes a module.

    • Recording is available online upon request.

Publishing & Advertising

A. Publishing

a. Pre-submission

  • Submit your article to us for guest post-publication with a minimal fee, subject to review and acceptance.

  • Accepted topics: language development, academic English, instructional design, educational innovation, and similar issues.

  • Accepted article has a unique URL, are open-access, and are promoted on our social media.

  • Enjoy pricing as low as 100 MYR for every published article.

b. Submission

  • Articles must be unique, unpublished, and in British English.

  • Written between 2000-3000 words with headings, short paragraphs, and APA 7th format for references.

  • No product reviews or sales pitches.

  • Images or videos with proper credits are allowed.

  • Include your name, title, affiliation, and profile photo.

  • Email your article in Word format to admin@wecwi.com.

c. Post-submission

  • Notification is given within one week.

  • The publication is done within two weeks.

  • Republishing the guest posts requires permission.
